I received my hard cover copy of EXPOSÉ 7 yesterday! Its simply beautiful; I have no words!

I also had the wonderful opportunity to be featured in this month's iussue of Fantasyana Publishing's AMAZING EVENTS!

Some of you may or may not remember me discussing my beagle mix in a previous journal entry. ^^ Anyway, I thought I would take a moment to introduce her to you. Meet Yuki, my precious beagle/running walker mix.
She was born with a cleft lip and palate. (its not very noticeable in this photo, but her nose area is very unique) Her mother abandoned her shortly after birth because of her difference from the rest of the litter and her inability to nurse properly. So, I took her in, and have been caring for her since her first 24 hours of life. She has lead a normal healthy life, that is, until earlier this week. Monday, she apparently injured her neck, which has triggered bouts of seizures. My sis and I have barely slept in this time, staying up all night and day caring for her. She is on medication for it now, but her veterinarian said it may take a few more days for enough medication to gather in her system to keep them suppressed. I'll keep you guys updated with her progress.

I'm hoping Yuki's condition improves soon. We had a fur-kid not too long ago that was the product of a "puppy mill". She, too, had multiple medical conditions (including seizures and cancer), so I kinda know what you're going through. Hang in there.
