I think from that photo that you wanted to achieve a real human ( worrier) picture but let me focus ur attraction on two things and it is that when you edited his face you wanted to make every thing appeared or by other way seen very well but normal men when they have a beard a grey layer appear under that beard (and it is hair too but too small) and another thing I think you focused really alot!!! on the right cheek bone neither than that the picture is really fine.
